I'm not sure if anyone is still active here. It looks like the last post is pretty old, but I figured I would try. I just found out I am pregnant (about 3 wks); I hesitant to get excited as I know it's still really early. I haven't told anyone except my husband, but I feel like I will get a lot of questions on staying vegan in pregnancy. I've been vegan for 18 years, and I know many moms on here had a vegan pregnancy.
So far, I started taking Deva Prenatal and Deva DHA-EPA. I wish I had started taking them earlier. I started them 2 years ago, but when I didn't get pregnant for a long time, I got sick of taking them and stopped. Just re-started them yesterday. Anything else I should be taking to make sure I'm covered nutritionally? I have "Vegan Pregnancy" by Sayward Rebhal that I bought over 5 years ago (figuring I would get pregnant one day), but I saw reviews saying that a lot of the info is inaccurate. I do have "Vegan for Life," which I bought years ago but haven't finished reading. Any other resources you guys recommend?
