I'm psyched to be doing my third Vegan MoFo! The first year I managed to post every day, and last year every other day. This time I was aiming for a few times a week, but then I got into a major cooking groove in the last month or so, and decided to start stockpiling posts. I'm now good to go every day through the 12th, and am planning some quality time in the kitchen this weekend, so that should give me a few more. The best thing about MoFo is seeing what everyone else is doing and getting ideas/inspiration from them; I feel like I'll never run out of interesting stuff to cook!

I am. A month of kiddo meals would have been a good theme. Dang.

My theme is actually what the Emperor and I eat together.

Dang! I'm not doing it, because I didn't think I had enough posts in me. But a month of vegan kid food would've been doable (and awesome).

I wanted to do it, but I am spending most of my "free" time sleeping these days. I didn't want to sign up and then fizzle out on day 3. I am going to check out all your blogs though!

I am, but my kids do not embrace the vegan lifestyle - except when it is sugary.

I'm working very hard on not cooking meat for them, though, as evidenced by my shepherd's pie adventure last night. I'm going to try seitan from veva vegan this weekend for the first time and see if that works for them. I don't like using so much fake meat from the grocery store and would rarely eat it myself if not for them - I love beans and lentils and one will only eat baked beans, the other will occasionally eat lentils.

Their dad will somtimes cook meat for them, if I force him to, but I won't mention that on the blog, of course.

I am doing it, but my posts (other than bonus ones which will pop up when I feel like it) are not kid themed.

My theme is noodles a few days a week and no-knead baking on weekends. Most kid-friendly.
