Thank you Butternut! I am feeling really good about things right now. That being said, it was a long road to get here. There was a looooong time when I felt like I would never feel like me again and that I would always be out of shape and hate my body.

I think ort of what helped me was even when I wasn't losing fast I kept thinking, it is ok, even if it takes years to lose the weight, as long as the scale is going in the right direction, it doesn't matter. I know some people don't like a scale, but I really need to measure myself or else I will gain like crazy.

I think you are all awesome women and I am glad to have you guys!

Littlebird, I totally want to take the BOB Oman ice rink now! How fun!

You know, don't stress yourself out. Walk as much as you can, and call it a day if you have to. Maybe throw in some weights. You could do the walking, and the weights from 30 day shred (and skip the cardio if needed). I just started working out again. I haven't since I was 6/7 mos pregnant with the 13 month old. I really swelled up, but I just didn't have the energy/time since I stay at home with all 3, and homeschool them as well. Do what you are able to..
