Hi PPK!

I just found these new go-gurt alternatives at Whole Foods and my kid LOVES them! Only 70 calories, filled with fruit and veggies, 2g pea protein. He is super picky so it is kind of a miracle. Figured I'd share for anyone else in the same boat!

I got the Beam Up Berry, still have to try the other flavors.

They don't have any probiotics on the label like regular yogurt, or calcium, so I think they're more of a veggie/fruit sub. My son will only eat brocolli, steamed carrots, corn and blueberries so I'm just thrilled to have something else to put in his lunch!!

They're really good frozen! I've been wondering if these would be at Whole Foods ever, we've been ordering them from their website. I love that they're shelf stable!

Jonah was not a fan of these. And he'd gladly live off those fruit pouches and yogurt. I think the mechanics of getting the food into his mouth was too much for him? I'll take the rest to the local vegan treat or treat event, I guess.
