Hey everyone,

A friend conned me into doing this party, but the good thing is that it's for kids books! Dear Lard, I can deal with this so much better than candles, or makeup, or those huge tubs of cookie dough...

I've gotten a few book from the company, and they really are nice! If you have a little extra money in your pocket and feel like buying your little one something, please take a look. The site is a bit weird to navigate, but I think it's worth it. So sorry for the sales pitch!

The Usborne science encyclopedias are great. I've even used some of them in my high school class.

some of milo's favorite early books (12months - 2 years) were the "that's not my..." books. we had that's not my bear and that's not my puppy... and one other one, can't remember. he LOVED them, oh my goodness.
