I was wondering whether it is safe to give cats straight nooch as a treat?
Or is it better to sprinkle it on wet food, mix it with water or something like that. Does it swell up in their tummies or is there a maximum safe dose to give per day or anything like that?

No it doesn't swell. You can give it to them, but just a little bit. I wouldn't give them more than a 1/4 tsp per day.

I use nooch to persuade the kitties to finish their food whenever they decide they want something a little more fancy.
Neko will try to abduct the whole bag when I'm not watching, though.
