Hey all! Thank you so much for your kind words, advice, and just sharing your experiences. You gave me so much comfort, peace of mind, and great ideas. Sorry I haven't popped in sooner with an update- moving was so time consuming! But we are here, safely moved in, two cats and all. I've been making a big effort to be kind and friendly to my neighbors, stay out of trouble, and not draw any attention to myself. We put up blinds, and though the cats do still enjoy looking at the windows, they don't pass the hours in the window like they did at our apartment. I think it's because they have so much more room to run around and more places to hang out. I have a skinny tortie and a fat orange tabby, so I'm not sure my excuse of having a color changing, size-doubling cat will fly, but I'll use it if I have to. ; ) Nothing would make me give up either of my fur babies!
