My cat Matilda is an utterly charming and delightful creature except for one thing - she always has a smelly rear end. She's short-haired and calico, so it's not like there's stuff matted up back there that I can't see. She looks clean and pristine...I'm thinking there is something digestive involved? She eats Blue Buffalo dry and the odd spoonful of Fancy Feast. Anyone else had to deal with this or have any ideas?

We had my cats on Natural Balance and it gave one of them HORRIBLE gas. Room clearing. She jumped on my lap to fart once and I almost threw up my breakfast. Just 1 out of the 4 cats, so odd. We ended up changing diets for other reasons and it went away. No more farts, ever.
I would try a diet swap, personally.
