Teddy passed away this morning. He was 8 years old. He hadn't seemed ill but had a history if some quite bad illnesses that he did very well to recover from against all odds. The most memorable of which was a golf-ball sized abscess in his face which took 4 months and £2000 of vet bills to cure (he was insured, he was worth every penny though). Ted was a wonderful character, he was so friendly and sweet and it was a pleasure to have known him. I adopted him at 3 years old. He had originally been found by the side of a road in a cardboard box at 8 weeks old. His previous owner (until he was 3) loved him very much but had to give him up when she went travelling. I'm so sorry for your loss. It sounds like he led a wonderful life with you and that he was loved very much!
