Ha, sorry everyone. I was just testing out to see if I could make a post and my friend had been talking to me about how she wants to get a millipede. Some of these are cute though, right?

Oh, yeah, in fact they had 2 at my high school. They're pretty cool. Their little feet tickle when they walk on you, and they eat slightly decayed fruits and veggies so feeding them is as easy as cleaning out the fridge!

There are a bunch of these millipedes at the Natural History museum here. I'm not afraid of most living things but I can't stand the thought of one of them (all the legs!) on my skin. The staff take them out and let people touch them.

I wish I could have one, just to get rid of my completely irrational squeamishness. You see, I really like them, but for some reason I can't watch them walk. That wave motion their legs make kinda freaks me out, even though I know that this is utterly absurd. I thiiiink that having one walk over my arm might actually help .
Can someone please get a giant millipede and invite me over? If I got one the cats would be...ummm...entertained for while, but I fear the millipede would not be amused.
