Does anyone know of vegan eats there? The people in our eastern office have known for weeks that we have a job there, but they didn't think to call me in the western office until today to let me know that they're all tied up so I have to drive 4 1/2 hours to SLC and catch a flight to St. Thomas on Saturday. I have so much to get done between now and Saturday that I don't have time to research my dining options. If anybody knows of anything, I'd be grateful to hear about it. Thanks.

I was there a few years ago and I think I was still a vegetarian, not vegan, but there were many upscale restaurants on the island. We called ahead to the chef for any place that we went, and everything turned out wonderful. It really was an exceptional vacation. Sorry I don't remember specific names of places. Just avoid the obvious all you can eat shrimp places and call ahead. Enjoy your trip, it's so beautiful there!
