Thought I'd post a PSA. Estragon has a number of tapas marked as vg (vegan) on the menu. There's additional v (vegetarian) ones. They also offer vegan paella. It was pretty awesome to find Spanish dining that doesn't require lots of mods/questions when ordering. The food was great. We had patatas bravas, crispy chickpeas, and paella.

On street parking wasn't bad. You might be better off with reservations, but we managed "baja" seating (equivalent to a lounge area) just stopping by tonight.

Check it out and tells these guys we appreciate the vegan offerings!

Also, if any local PPK folk want to meet here...I'm up for it.

Patatas bravas are one of my favorites! Were they spicy enough? Some places skimp on the spice. It's so great that you can find vegan Spanish food in your city.

You just made my week. Seriously. As I've mentioned on here before, I used to live in Spain and I miss the food terribly.

I am absolutely up for a meetup here, though it will probably have to be after the New Year for me.

The bravas weren't particulary spicy here either. For the best spicy patatas around here, I generally head to Cuban Revolution in Providence which has a ton of vegan options as well.
