Alright, well let's figure something out! La, I was thinking Kush too...

Eatsbabies, Emily's Desserts still has a kiosk in Towson Town Center...you should totally check it out!

I just came up to Baltimore from DC to go to umbc. PPK, we should hang out. I'm awesome, I promise (okay, I can't promise that, but I'll try).

I feel like Great Sage has the potential to be awesome but a lot of their stuff is lacking. Their quesadilla is awesome, though. Roots is fun to visit, especially for their discounted items, but most of their stuff is way overpriced. MOM's is better. (;

Also, I'm sad to hear that Emily's Desserts is gone. Roots used to sell some of her stuff, and now that you mention it, I haven't seen it in a while. Sad- I never got to try it.

I live off of Wilkens Ave, down the street from UMBC!

Depending on the day (Sundays do work better for me as well), My husband and I can possibly come :)

Maybe I'm an odd ball but I think daiya has ruined vegan restaurants. A quesadilla at Great Sage frightens me.

Okay! Sorry it took me a minute to get on here, but anyone still interested in going to the Land of Kush for this Sunday, March 6th?? If so, is lunchtime or dinnertime better for people??

Marya and I went to Kush for Baltimore Vegan Drinks last weekend, and I thought it was a pretty cool little spot. We only had a couple bites of food, but it seems that it may be a promising new place.

P.S. I used to live off of Wilkens when I went to UMBC too! Oh, Smalltimore.

I could come Sunday or whenever. I can't remember the last time I saw actual options (plural) on a menu. Though I can hardly remember getting far enough out of the house to behold a menu. . .

Of course since you mentioned drinks that makes me think I need to get there on a Saturday too.

Keep me posted!

Hi, sounds good Ampner! Any particular time best for you? Lunch or dinner? It looks like we have 5 people so far.

Ok it seems like lunchtime is looking to be most popular. Does that work for you, Ampner?

As long as it's not 7 a.m. I'll play along. Let me know. Thanks LaMoy for coordinating.

Oh no! KUSH IS NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS! I'm so sorry, I feel very sheepish. This is a new place, and I didn't realize they would be closed. (Eventually I still may try to plan a Saturday meetup to support this new vegan restaurant, but not this weekend.)

Ampner and DesignedToBeKind, if you are still up for it, how about Great Sage or Yabba Pot or anyplace else for Sunday's lunch? I'd be happy to make the reservation for wherever.

Great Sage is close to my house, and there's parking, so I'm partial to it, but I'd be up for something new since we eat Sunday brunch at Great Sage all the time.

So, I'm great at making decisions!

oh, bummer! and I just replied to your message and everything. I don't have time to head out to Great Sage, but I'd be up a Land of Kush visit on some other day of the week.

The Great Sage menu (especially brunch) actually looks more appealing to me than Kush. So I would love to go if anyone else does. http://www.greatsage.com/menu.html Then again I'm flexible and can wait. Thanks guys.

My husband and I may be able to go to brunch at Great Sage. I would need to talk to him but he is pretty flexible.

One week Great Sage had Oreo pancakes. Not that I'm trying to steer you guys here or anything.

Haha. Ok great, so it sounds like Great Sage on Sunday for lunch, shall we say 12pm? I think I count 8 for a reservation: Me, MaryaDD + 1, Ampner, Designed + 1, and Linanil + 1. I will check on here once more before placing the call tomorrow!

Thessaly, I am planning on trying for a Saturday evening at Kush in the near future! I will keep you posted :)

Well, I can't this Sunday, but keep me posted for upcoming Sundays! I love going to One World Cafe. I do want to try Great Sage. Just let me know!

I am good later in the day, so early dinner? 4 or 5 p.m.? (I have to drive an hour, since I live in York.)

I'm going to PM Dane, too! She probably wouldn't come in this thread, but she lives near Great Sage!

Have you already made the reservation? I've never been to Great Sage for brunch before, and it's kind of in between college and home, so I'd be up for it.

Ok everyone, I've made a Great Sage reservation for 10 people at 12pm. Should be plenty of room for Dane and eatsbabies :) See you all tomorrow!

Newsie, I might try to plan something for the 20th, will be in touch!

Hey guys, I'm really, really sorry it didn't work out for me today, and I'm sorry I didn't get to meet all of you. It'll happen some day, just not today. I hope you had fun, though.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to go. We spent way too much time yesterday at a friend's house and lack of sleep caught up with my husband. I hope you guys had fun.

Sorry you couldn't make it today. I thought it was fun, and would like to do it again, so I hope you will come out for a meal in the future!
