I just re-read the website. I totally thought it was a gorgeous food expo, like a giant Euro Vegan Bakesale™. (Kinda bummed that it isn't.)

I think Viva Las Vega's main thrust is vegan. They're the ones that organize the vegan challenge. So I don't think there'll be a lack of vegan noms! Now I just need to be sure I can be in A'dam that day and don't have any official business in BE.

Didn't notice this thread before, but I'm definitely interested! We will be a little busy with all types of family visits in May, but unless I am completely exhausted by all that, I will be there.
