Hi everyone,
I'm part of a Vegan meetup group and we're planning a meetup on January 22, 2011 from 9:30am to 12:00pm at Phoenix Coffee 1854 Coventry Road #4, Cleveland, OH (216) 932-5282.
The plan at the meetup is to show off our muffin baking skills and share some tasty Vegan muffins with each other.
I contacted Phoenix Coffee and they are fine with us coming to their business and sharing muffins. Phoenix Coffee has soy milk for our coffee and various Vegan treats.
So, fire up your ovens and bring a batch of Vegan muffins to share. Please be sure to bring an ingredient listing of what's in your Vegan muffins as our group has individuals with food allergies. When listing items on your ingredient list, be sure to list the ingredients of the ingredients, for exampe, Soy Milk (filtered water, whole organic soybeans).

Grrr...I can't figure out how to edit my previous post.
Anyway, here's the muffins I'm planning on bringing: Almond-quinoa muffins; Applesauce-oat bran muffins; Banana-wheat germ muffins; The Best Pumpkin muffins; Coffee Chip muffins; Lemon poppy seed muffins.
