Sorry if this topic has been covered--I did a search and didn't come up with anything.
I'm going to Rincon this weekend and wondering what to eat! We'll be renting a car, so we can travel around Western Puerto Rico--I hear there's a place in Aguadilla that has vegan food, but the internet has conflicting reports about whether or not it's still open.
And anyone who is native to PR or who has traveled there, what traditional dishes are most likely to be vegan or easily made vegan? Recommendations for health food stores or vegan-friendly grocery stores are much appreciated too.
