What can we do and where can we eat in New Orleans? We like natural areas, gardens, and of course vegan food. I can't do a lot of walking at present (knee damage), but am up for a bit.

My husband will be speaking at a conference on March 2, and we're thinking of going a few days early (we can't afford to stay there during Mardi Gras!)
