I don't have anything to say, I just thought we should have our own thread. Because, you know, even Milwaukee has its own thread before us!
Also? I recently re-discovered Planet Fresh burritos downtown. You can get a vegan burrito the size of my skull with fresh tortilla chips on the side for ~$5. It seems like last time I had them (four or five years ago), they weren't great, buuut I've been eating them for lunch once a week or so for the last two months and they've been consistently tasty.
Also also? The Delmarette has started carrying plain almond milk (and not just soy milk!) for lattes AND they have housemade pumpkin spice syrup right now.

good work coldandsleepy!
I know some folks who go to planet fresh all the time... thanks for the tip. It means more coming from you! I'll definitely check it out. Musty and I have officially reinstated "Mondate" - where we have lunch together on Mondays. So I'll put that on our list.
Also, good tip about my true love, the Delmarette.
I am looking forward to our halloween brunch. xo!

The only vegan-friendly place I've checked out in Santa Cruz is the Saturn. My co-worker told me about a place called Dharma's that apparently has an awesome tofu scramble called the 3 Dog Morning. I need to hit it up next time I'm going through town.
