So our gift exchange is on Wednesday and I've been sick so am just now starting to think of what the fizzle to make for her. The gift must be homemade and materials can't be more than $5.

My gift is for a fairly new vegan, it's been just over a year for her. I was thinking of starting some sprouts but it seems so friggin complicated (that or I'm an idiot). I also thought of making a little pendant with an animal or "vegan" on it since she's so excited about being a vegan.

I'd appreciate any suggestions! Thanks so much, ppk!

I was thinking cookie mix too! If you/she celebrate Christmas, some kind of ornament might be nice.

Make salt dough ornaments! You probably already have flour, water and salt at home, and if you are feeling fancy you can paint them too. I plan on making loads of salt dough ornaments this year.

Scour the net for good vegan recipes, open Word Perfect, create a zine, staple or sew the spine and there ya go!
