Etching is on my to do list for 2014!
Here are some of the finished infused salts & sugar:
from top left down: meyer lemon & rosemary (the big winner), toasted garlic, malbec
from top right down: parsley-kale (the 'Portland' salt), cherry bomb and black cardamom-vanilla bean organic sugar
the salts had bases of celtic grey, coarse sea salt and Himalayan pink crystals
These are the ones I took to my sister in Brooklyn, and TSA seriously took samples to run tests on....yet gave me back the salts. Okay. I gave more to local friends for being awesome.
