Twice this week, I've replied to posts and then they have vanished. The most obvious one is in the Exercise section where it says I started the thread (but did not - it was someone asking for help looking for a workout plan), but the original post has disappeared.
What's going on?

You replied to a spammer. Twice.
In the case of the exercise thread, the spammer's post was deleted before the whole thread was, which is why it looked like you started the thread.

Oh! The exercise one didn't look spammy to me. Clearly, I'm too much of a naif for this cruel world.
