When make this homemade seitan, and divide into four equal parts, do I make them into four logs, and pinch off a piece at a time and drop it into the broth, or do I cut them into 1/2 inch pieces with a knife and drop them into the broth? Not sure what type of pieces I am dropping into the broth. Thanks!
