It goes through, though. Maybe that's the root of the multiple post problem? No need to reload, just back up and go back to the index.

Isa mentioned that the server was unstable earlier, it should just be a temporary glitch.

Yeah, don't keep hitting refresh or you'll just create multiple posts, just go back to the forum index.

Been getting them periodically too. There will be a glut, then all is good.

It's worse for me. When I logged on for the first time last night, I got error messages after every post, then the page just didn't load again. And when I tried to refresh it, this resulted in multiple posts. And I mean multiple like, I posted once, it showed up 5 or 6 times.

I keep getting the board is temporarily down messages too. But then a few seconds later it works. So frustrating :(

It's definitely better today. Yesterday, we went from about 60 users to 540 in a couple of hours, so the extra traffic made things wonky.

I'm not getting error messages any more but after I try to post I get a message saying the boards are currently down & when they start working again my post hasn't been posted! If I go back with the back button on my computer it doesn't take me back to the reply I was writing just the page I was replying too.

This has been happening when I've been using the quick reply thing...I hope it doesn't happen to this post!

That happens to me sometimes jojo. I just copy whatever I am going to post before hitting submit if it's long. When I get the message, I go back to check if it was posted and if it wasn't, I just paste it in and post it again.

Yes, I'm getting lots of this too. And, these new boards are way slower than the old boards. I thought the primary reason for the move was that the new boards would be faster. But I'm sure it's just bugs that will be worked out in the first few days. Or, maybe all of us over excited ppkers swarming here at once and furiously opening one thing after another and trying to post, were just more than any forum could handle!

It seems like every few moments I get an error. The error of this morning is:
Sorry but the board is temporarily unavailable, please try again in a few minutes.

I've been getting this error all morning. I refresh after a few minutes and it lets me in for a few minutes but once i click on a forum or thread I get it again. Grrrrr. hmph.

Me too. I can barely get on the boards today. I think I might just give up and try again tomorrow.

I keep getting that error too. It sure annoying, but I'm sure everything will be sorted out in a few days.
For now--patience will be my guide.
