You guys, I can't possibly match up who you are here to who you are on FB because your pictures are different.

To clarify, I'm not actually referring to a specific FB post or anything. Sometimes I see PPK-related griping on facebook, and sometimes you can infer that there has been some off-site action going on. I'm not trying to call out any particular person or group or anything. I just thought the phenomenon itself was a factor that was worth acknowledging.

Ha! I totally go sleuthing when I think someone on FB might be a PPKer. (Like if we've got 8 friends in common and they're all from the PPK.) Sometimes I can figure out who is who, and sometimes it's still a total mystery. On occasion, when I've figured it out, I've considered sending a friend request, but am afraid that I'll creep them out by knowing who they are.

In reference to PPK drama bleeding over to FB, I've only seen it happen once amongst the people I know, and I definitely didn't see anything this time. The only time I've posted PPK specific stuff to a group on FB it was about a clear troll, not about conflict amongst regular members.

I only know who is who if I have met them in person, so the list is very limited.

Someone had a whole thread about this once (maybe kittee?) in which we revealed our "real" identities!

there's also the PPK group where there's a long list of people responding with their PPK names.

very rarely, i've clicked report, not trying to be passive-aggressive but because i'm not sure if i'm being over-sensitive and want second opinions before publicly calling someone out.

apology for terrible typin, am on busted laptop.

I feel like I know who most of my PPKer FB friends are. Probably more so than the people I've actually met and am technically an acquaintance of but do not ever recognize when I see their names. But I don't actually accept PPKer friends until I at least figure out who they are on here.

I think in many instances it's better to contact the mods. I don't think it's passive aggressive at all. It's not something I've not done before myself, but I think in the future I'll use the mods - that's what they're there for.

Not to mention, we were recently asked to report stuff to the mods rather than risk piling on to someone.
