Had an awesome sandwich from my local co-op yesterday. It was blackened tempeh topped with chipotle vegenaise slaw, on a ciabatta roll. It was heavenly!

I need chipotle vegenaise in my life. I've made it before and it was amazing so I would love being able to just open my fridge and make a sandwich...or eat it with a spoon.

I always have some made in the fridge for just this reason. My fave right now is a wrap with sauteed seitan, steamed broccoli and really spicy chipotle Vegenaise.

It's been forever, but a local dive bar has a crappy (yet awesome) vegan sandwich of english muffins, chipotle mayo sauce and grilled ham tube round with a side of pepperconi that I just stick in. so good.

We don't have vegenaise here, but I made my own chipotle mayo for the first time the other day - it is seriously yummy. I had mine on a big grilled mushroom sandwich.
