It's Sunday and I have to work tomorrow, so here's what's on the docket:
pizza dough foccaccia dough (for super oregano-heavy Rhode Island style no-cheese pizza) broa de fuba, which is a sweet cornmeal + white wheat loaf bread and there'll be some broccoli roasting in there somewhere too. there were homemade bisquick biscuits this morning!!
and this is why i sprung for the 6-burner double-wide stove/oven....

I made a loaf of sandwich bread and it turned out perfect! I need to do this more often. So much better than supermarket bread.

multigrain bread! I made the transitional multigrain (whole wheat, wheat germ, oatmeal, cornmeal, brown rice, and more in a white flour base, plus sesame, poppy and sunflower seeds) loaf from Peter Reinhart's whole grain bread book and it was amazing.
It made an unholy number of dishes for one loaf of bread, but it was worth it.

Baked VWAV pumpkin muffins last night to freeze, and doubled the batch so there were some to eat right away. I only have one muffin tin though, so I'm freezing the muffins, and the rest of the batter went in a cake pan. DELICIOUS.
Hoping to feel energized enough after a nap to make something else pumpkin-y with my last cup of pumpkin.

Baked donuts from VeganYumYum with a glaze i found somewhere online that's supposed to taste like Krispy Kreme's. I've never had Krispy Kreme, but these were good! Emphasis on "were."
Next up, vanilla cupcakes with chocolate ganache (both from VCTOTW) and a no-bake bar thing I do with oats, cocoa, Biscoff and peanut butter. I like to think this will get us through the week.

Hm ... no canned pumpkin in this country ... it's high time I emigrated. I planned to bake a nice carrot cake, but haven't managed to, due to lack of time.

I baked three dozen rainbow cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and sprinkles for an order last night, and I didn't make any extra to eat myself! I am simultaneously proud and disappointed.

I just made a batch of graham cookies. I used the recipe from VCIYCJ. I doubled the recipe, added brown sugar and ginger and made them into cookies instead of crackers. They're really yummy! My three year old loves them! She's currently dunking them into her home made vanilla soy yogurt :)

Def Jam Bars from Urbanvegan - shortbread crust, strawberry preserves on top and a drizzle of dark chocolate. They need to chill a bit and harden. Not sure if the family will wait....

Decided to whip up a double batch of AFR Cashew Miso Mayo and make some Basic Baked Tofu to have on hand for pitas and salads throughout the week. Also, started another batch of vanilla yogurt. I'm kicking around making some Mujadarah... But, not sure if I'll be able to convince myself to get up and do it tonight.

I need to bake something. But what? My dad bought this ridiculous circus size barrel of pretzels from Costco.
Chocolate chip pretzel cookies? Peanut butter pretzel cookies? I have fresh apples but not dried.
Hmmm.
