I've been eating lots of tasty green salad lately and I'm getting bored with my usuals. I love most of the AFR dressings, but need a few more ideas.
I'm not a huge fan of ginger dressings. I like creamy dressings on wraps. I don't usually make those; Annies Papaya Poppeyseed is great for that, but too expensive.
I like the Greek Vinigrette in American Vegan Kitchen, and the AFR Balsamic. Those are my two staples. I love the romesco dressing from fAFR when I'm not as lazy (tastes like the Annie's!).
What are you having on your summer salads?

i love either a chipotle ranch (vegenaise, almond milk, onion & garlic powder, chipotle powder) or a good lemony tahini dressing (tahini, lemon juice, tamari (just a smidge), and garlic powder).
edited to add: agave mustard dressing is pretty rock'n too (mustard, tofutti sour cream, agave nectar, black pepper & almond milk).

I love tahini dressing and we make ours a little sweet. It's the only dressing my partner will use on salad these days.
Here's the recipe:
Tahini Tang Dressing
1/2 cup sesame tahini 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup lemon juice, or to taste 1 tsp salt 1-2 Tb agave nectar or sugar 1 tsp garlic powder, or 1 clove fresh 1/2 tsp onion powder

My boyfriend's mom always made this dressing. It's really basic but it's awesome on fresh garden lettuce, tomatoes, and avocados. Sometimes I eat it on pasta. Oil, red wine vinegar, plus oregano, salt and pepper. Easy and tangy and delicious.

My favorite dressing is super simple and tastes delicious on arugula salads loaded with dried cranberries, fresh green apple, cukes, halved grape tomatoes and maple glazed walnuts.
2 parts Olive Oil 1 part Lemon Juice Salt to taste Pepper to taste Oregano to taste

I'm a basic Italian type of girl. But I really want to try the Veganaise Ranch, I haven't been able to find it in my WF yet.

I really, really like the spicy mustard dressing from Veganomicon. Lately, though I've been really digging the vegan caesar and ranch dressings by Follow Your Heart. The ranch is really amazing. Super thick, too so it's great for wraps and sammies.

I really like the House Dressing from Get It Ripe and for a fast dressing I like to make the lemon one from the same book.
There are lots of great dressing recipes I've encountered over the years, but the House Dressing from GIR has just really stuck with me.

My go-to (before AFR and the amazing dressings) was also a red wine vinaigrette:
Olive oil Red wine vinegar and/or lemon juice garlic powder/minced garlic Dijon mustard Dried herbs (usually oregano)
I would just put it in a little tupperware and shake it until mixed.
I have not had that in AGES. It's simple, but really good

I love the Annie's papaya poppyseed too, it almost reminds me of a vegan honey mustard for some reason.
For homemade, I love Dreena's raw caesar dressing from ED&BV, and the mango lime vinaigrette (which is actually really thick and creamy) from Native Foods.

Oh, i forgot the peanut cilantro dressing from Trader Joe's (I think that is what it is called). Its pretty pungent, so a little goes a long way. I think it is like $1.99/bottle. It's the only bottled kind I buy anymore (and it has been awhile)
