all of a sudden its 90 degrees here with 8000% humidity.
make me a cool (ie not hot) summer salad!!
here is what i think i have, i also might go to the store later because my husband said he needs to get stuff for a BBQ we are going to tomorrow and i probably should make myself something so i wont starve there.
macaroni veganaise italian dressing miso onions a half a shallot 1 tomato 1 cucumber garlic! many and various spices different types of vinegar (ACV, rice vinegar, etc) soy sauce horseradish fresh parlsey (small amount) fresh peas from the garden various frozen veggies like peas and corn.
usually i just boil up the macaroni and dump in veganise and chopped onions and tomatoes and some spices. thats kinda boring.
i may have other stuff lurking in my fridge.
ANY IDEAS?!!?!?!

This doesn't use anything on your list, but I just made a salad the other day that was tasty (and then I made it again the next day because it was so good). Shredded cabbage, thinly sliced fennel bulb, thinly sliced radishes, shredded carrot, and chopped up fennel fronds. With poppyseed dressing. The first day I put almonds in also. The second day I added chickpeas because I was out of almonds. It was really good. Very refreshing and also creamy.
But, with the stuff you have already I would make macaroni salad with veganaisey dressing. With the veggies, especially the fresh peas from the garden.

macaroni - Boiled, then rinsed in cold water and put in the fridge to get cold (or give it an ice bath to get cold sooner) italian dressing onions - cut up super thin a half a shallot - Either this and the onions, or just this, depending on how much you like onion 1 tomato - Yeah boy 1 cucumber - Extra yeah boy garlic! - mince, then salt it, then smoosh the shiitake out of it with the side of your knife many and various spices - whatever you like, pepper for sure, oregano, whatever! different types of vinegar (ACV, rice vinegar, etc) - I like it a little more vinegary than a regular italian usually is, ACV fresh parlsey (small amount) - Mince fresh peas from the garden - Sure why not!

blueberries, cucumbers and a light lemon vinaigrette. favorite summer salad. if you've got a little vegan feta-type cheese, rock that out on there too.
