Peach-oatmeal. I recently discovered that peaches are WONDER-FUL in oatmeal. I don't even like peaches that much. In oatmeal they're magical. mmmm

I tried to eat pancakes, but I couldn't eat them without chocolate chips, and the cheap syrup I bought was watery and gross, so I ate a grapefruit and a cup of coffee.

First breakfast before hopping on my bike to commute to work was a rice protein, cocoa, banana and soymilk smoothie with ground flax and chia seeds. 2nd breakfast now that I am at work is an everything bagel with vegan cream cheese, a grapefruit and lemon/ginger iced tea

Lots of fresh berries, strawberries, cherries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries (damn I love summer!) with coconut yogurt and some super crunchy cereal thrown in.

I just learned you can make hash browns in a waffle iron, so that and some fruit is my breakfast plan. Nectarines and blueberries.

I recently bought a vitamix and have boarded the green smoothie train. I used to scoff, but now I get it. Lately it's been banana/spinach/cocoa/peanut flour. So good.

An apricot, a big handful of strawberries and a zucchini muffin with peanut butter. I am definitely trying those waffle hash browns tomorrow!

Banana, fried fingerling potatoes, vegan smart sausage patty (the gluten in those will make me sick, but I don't care), and nasty gluten free bread with melted daiya melted on top. I didn't eat the bread. I also made coffee with my french press.

Waffle hashbrown potatoes, tofu scramble, and coffee. I've tried making waffle hashbrowns before with freshly grated potato, and they didn't turn out well. This time I grated a leftover baked potato, and the hashbrowns turned out nice & crispy. Yay!

Apple-cinnamon oatmeal (from a packet from the discount grocery store, because that's how I roll), topped with TJ's crunchy/salted roasted flaxseed PB. I had never tried that PB until this morning, and it's heavenly.

My favorite bagel sandwich is avocado, vegan cream cheese, tomato, cukes, alfalfa sprouts and garlic powder. Will have to try it with hummus instead of cream cheese
