Something involving tofu, zucchini, brussels sprouts, and the frozen tater tots that have been in my freezer for 6 months.

I had 2 dinners... courgette "pasta" with a raw tomato sauce.. Raw food is really not filling soooooooo approximately 40 minutes later.... gluten/wheat free corn pasta with a pesto-y type sauce (1/2 avocado, some fresh basil leaves, squeeze of lemon and 1/2 clove garlic +salt&pepper)
This 80/10/10 diet.... I dunno... I have to eat so much...

I'm thinking a quick soy sauce & miso-based soup with carrots, cubed tofu, snow peas, wide rice noodles, and whatever other produce seems appropriate. Both the tofu and rice noodles I picked up fresh yesterday, so that's exciting.

Leftover pizza, kale chips and roasted broccoli. It's less of a meal and more of a desperate attempt to use up as much produce and leftovers as possible.

Leftover baked tofu, straight out of the fridge. And a green smoothie. So not in the mood to cook tonight.

Last night I made a really delicious throw-all-CSA-veggies-into-it curried stew with focaccia bread, and a salad with radishes, cherry tomatoes, olives, parsley, along with a simple garlic olive oil/apple cider vinegar infused with marinated chive flowers vinaigrette. <3 days off!
Tonight: leftover stew along with some Isa-tester chickpea "tuna" sammiches.

I wish I had some leftover coconut kidney beans and rice from wednesday, but I don't, so I'm making bbq sunflower tofu from LTEV and vegandad's mac and cheese. I think it will be good too.

Some amazingly delicious corn on the cob, v'con smokey grilled tempeh (panfried, I'm not standing out in 100 degrees over flames!), and v'con smokey collards or whatever it's called but with kohlrabi greens instead.

My two gf lady friends came to visit tonight for dinner so I made a zucchini-carrot casserole, baked lemony potatoes, mixed sauteed greens, herbed mushrooms and a cashew-red pepper sauce to top everything off with. Turned out absolutely delicious.

Some sort of red cabbage slaw in a vinegar dressing; some sort of carrot bits in lots of soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds; two slices of watermelon; potato chips; pickles; pickled jalapeños; and one of those popsicle tubes in plastic for dessert. BBQ fun times.
