My partner and I eat practically all of it right out of the steamer. I sometimes (usually) don't get a chance to use it in a recipe even when I make a double batch. I love it so much. Am I the only one?
I would be guilty of this if seitan didn't give me so much gas...that is a pretty good deterrent to control myself. I usually put mine in the freezer ASAP so I don't eat too much.
