I just made a botch of silken tofu mayonnaise from fork over knifes, the cookbook. It has delicious and better than the other version found in supermarket.
I was wondering how long will it last for in the fridge ? and can it be frozen in small batches ?

Yes, about the same for mine, about a week before it starts to separate a bit and go gross.

thank you . I just had to throw away mine as it was just over a week I made my 1st batch. I have to say ti was much better that the egg free mayo found in shop.
