Lots of coffee and then tastes of raw gingerbread cookie dough and then tastes of the cookies after they came out of the oven. You know, for quality control. I usually eat a healthier breakfast than that.

This week it's a 50/50 blend of plain soy yogurt and silken tofu (because the yogurt is too sweet on its own for me to stomach at 6:00am) with frozen blueberries and chia seeds.

I keep making banana-cardamom oatmeal with pecans/chia/coconutoil every morning. It's so good I'm not tired of it yet.

New thin bagels I found at the store (whole wheat tofuyan brand - they are soooo good!) with cream cheese and a sliced tomato.
I need to make some hummus to mix it up this week.

Giant green smoothie with kale, almond milk, banana, frozen mango, and some hemp protein. I was starving later in the day though :/

Blueberry smoothie with hemp protein. It is a pretty boring smoothie, but I didn't have a lot to put in it (almond milk, frozen bloobs) but I knew I needed the protein.

Pumpkin pie oatmeal: smooshed up leftover roasted pumpkin, soy milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, oats, and rice and pea protein powders, with a splash of sugar free vanilla syrup. So good I might have to do this for breakfast until the pumpkin runs out. I think I can get 3 more breakfasts out of it if I don't use the pumpkin for anything else.

Pumpkin spice coffee, and oats with brown sugar, cocoa powder, and TJ's sunflower seed butter (This is my first time trying the sunflower buttah. . . it's like heaven, y'all. Probably because it's the first sunflower butter that I've tried that has sugar in it, and the salty/sweet combo makes for much deliciousness).

Had a weird mishmash breakfast today of leftovers- baked french fries, quinoa & chickpeas, and a green smoothie with kale and banana.

Green smoothie with kale, banana, almond milk, hemp protein powder, instant coffee, and a handful of dates. My main purpose was to get a 2-in-1 greens and caffeine drink, but it was surprisingly tasty!

Irish nachos. Which we also had for dinner last night. In my defense it was more like brunch time AND we had to eat the rest of the tots before my daughter comes home from my in laws. She's crazy allergic to potatoes. We get a little potato crazy when she isn't home. Haha.

I didn't have time to make my beloved oatmeal, so I had coffee and a blueberry cereal bar at work.
