I am going there tomorrow for my first time and have no idea what is vegan! I know that they have tofu but what about the rice, beans, guac, etc? I tried searching the forum and online but I'm not really getting a clear answer.

The whole wheat tortillas have honey, but their white and corn tortillas are vegan. The black beans, pinto beans, rice, guac, pico de gallo etc. are all vegan.

They do, but allergen lists won't tell you if there is honey or meat in something.

Right! And so many beans have lard in them which is why I'm asking. So a place actually has vegan pinto beans?

This is so awesome, pinto beans AND guac! I shouldn't have any issue here then. Thank you!

My dude goes to a neighboring town once a week that has a Moe's and brings me back burritos! I had the BEST one yesterday. Rice, black beans, tofu, guac, the hottest salsa, and...every vegetable they had, which is surprisingly a lot.

That's why I LOVE Moe's. I can get a burrito packed so forking full of delicious stuff, and I don't feel like I'm having to 'make do', because I can have literally everything I WANT on my burrito - and there's a Moe's like two miles from my house. Okay, I may be having Moe's for lunch today!

They are good, but then you pay $12 for one with everything, but a meat one is only $8. $2 for guac added is ridiculous. And on what planet does tofu cost more than meat?

They don't charge more for tofu here! I just get the homewrecker and get tofu instead of meat and they don't charge. I mean, yeah, if I get guac it's extra, but I don't think they're supposed to charge you for the tofu?!

ETA: No wait, I just checked their website and the guac is included in the homewrecker, as well as your choice of protein (and then they are all listed, including the tofu)! I think it's like $8 here, but the tofu and guac are included in the price.

The guac doesn't come on all of them, and the one I went to added $1.50 for tofu. Actually, both I've been to.

I would write a letter or something. The website says the Homewrecker comes with choice of protein and guac. The Joey Bag of Donuts is the only one that doesn't come with guac, and the Art Vandalay is the only one that doesn't come with protein (aside from beans). So if you want tofu and guac they should just be charging you for the Homewrecker.

I never knew this about Moe's, there is one right up the street and we have been going to Chipotle where we have been getting a skimpy burrito bowl with about 2 tbsp. of black beans. I can't wait to try this tonight, thanks guys!

You guys, it was awesome! Except for the chips, they weren't very good. Other than that, it was great!

I've eaten at Moe's a zillion times in a bunch of places and never a charge for tofu. It counts as a choice of protein if you order a homewrecker.

That's probably not what I order. I hate peppers and the grilled veggies, so I don't get anything with those.

The grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms actually do cost extra. They aren't included on any of the burritos.

I have no idea then. Whatever I get ends up $12, but my dad's even bigger, busting full meat one is only $8. They are just too expensive. Salsarita or Chipotle are so much cheaper.

We don't have either of those places around here!

My one complaint about Moe's is that they took those margarita machines out. Lame!

We finally got a Chipotle about a year ago, but it's waaaaay across town from me, and I'm happy with Moe's, so I've never bothered going. The only Salsarita I've ever seen was in an airport somewhere.

They don't cost extra anymore, at least not here (nor in various locations in South Carolina that I've been to recently).
