I went out for sushi and then demolished a container of So Delicious peanut butter swirl coconut ice cream for dessert. It's forking hot.

I threw some trader joe's frozen whole grain mix in a bowl, topped it with radish greens and lentils and microwaved. When it was all heated up/thawed/ cooked, I topped it with a dallop each of harissa and Isa's new grapeseed mayonaise, which I actually made with avocado oil.

so hot here, even with air-conditioning on we still don't want to cook ANYTHING. I'm not sure what to do...maybe I should bring home some stuff from Whole Foods for the family but I don't really know what would be good.

AFR Zucchini, Black Bean, and Olive tacos for the second time. Just as good as I remember which is surprising since we just moved and I made it in a kitchen filled with boxes with no idea where things were at.

Pizza night! Mine had cashew ricotta, breaded eggplant, cherry tomatoes and pesto. It's a new favourite for sure.
