So I've been juicing my little heart out, and now I have all this pulp and I don't know what to do with it. My juicing guide mentions using it in baking, but I've got no idea how to add/sub ingredients without effing up the entire recipe.
I'm going to give it a shot with scones this weekend, but does anyone have any other ideas?
I've also got some veg pulp, but I figure that will be fine for stock, no?

If you want to get into dehydrating, I know there are some cookies that are a raw recipe that use apple pulp. Also, carrot pulp makes delish veggie burgers! I just posted a recipe for one here one the ppk called "sunny garden burgers", (I think) maybe it can get linked to for ya.....

put the pulp in ice cube trays, freeze, and use in smoothie applications for extra fiber.

great ideas! i never thought of freezing it in ice cube trays, right now it's all in one container in my freezer.
And I'd love the carrot-veggie burger recipe, too!
