I say:
ci-LAHN-tro
CARE-a-mel
PANG-ko (but I'm trying to get in the habit of pronouncing it properly)
AL-mond (but the L sound is only slightly discernible)
puh-CON
DAY-uh
say-TAHN
BAY-gel
sell-AIR-ee-ac
oo-me-BO-she
TEM-pay

My husband I laugh wildly at you Americans who say ris-oad-oh for risotto. In Millennium we had a potato risotto and us ordering it and them delivering was like some kind of prolonged comedy sketch.

I love that pronounication! I met a guy from Boston a while ago and made him say risotto a dozen times over.

Apparently my co-workers find my pronunciation of "banana" hilarious. They've obvs never heard me say potato or tomato.
