There's some debate, but I think it's supposed to be say-TAHN. That's how I say it.

I'm really glad worcestershire sauce isn't vegan 99% of the time, cause I can't say it for shiitake.

I pronounce it ed-ah-mah-may or ed-ah-mah-mee "Eh-dah-ma-may" is the correction pronunciation.

and how -do- you pronounce edemame? I think I know but have never been sure. i say satan because i don't like the way it is suppose to be pronounced.

I think I say a bit of "sh" in chard. I don't say CHard. Is that how it is?

Well, if someone else wants to know how to pronounce more words in spanish, I'll be happy to do another video : p
I say say-TAHN. Maybe because it sounds more similar to seitán that way. And tempeh, tempay. (I don't know if I'm pronouncing them right, ha). And daiya, day-yah. I think the right way is die-yah, not sure.
