yeah, i used it to make marshmallows for the unedited podcast currently putrefying on the hard drive.
they were very airy, so not really suited for the grill. however, it's possible i whipped it too long and/or at too high of a speed. i also made the soy protein isolate version, and the versawhip one was much better. the SPI one had a distinct soy flavor and were cream colored instead of white. they also weren't as stable at room temp.http://veganmarshmallows.blogspot.com/
