I've never had them. I saw a recipe somewhere (here or in one of my cookbooks) for Cheezy Brussels Sprouts. I can't find the recipe anywhere. I've done a search and looked through my books. I can see the picture of them in my head. Does anyone know a recipe or what book it's in?

I have no useful recipe to contribute because anytime I buy them to make a recipe I just end up roasting them plain. Soooo delicious.

Mmm Brussels sprouts. I just half or quarter them, toss in olive oil, salt and pepper, maybe some garlic powder too, and roast. I love pretty much any vegetable cooked that way.

I always just halve them and stir fry w/ lots of fresh garlic and ginger, then toss in some tamari and cover w/ a lid until they're tender.

Now I want to finally try them. They just look ... like balls. And that's kept me from wanting to ever eat them. But maybe...

Oooh, Brussels sprouts... I agree with everyone about roasting with olive oil and garlic... maybe some red chili flakes on top, too. And definitely pan/stir frying with soy sauce+garlic. If you wanted to make 'em cheezy I found this: http://hosted.verticalresponse.com/2110 ... d0e19bcdc/

They're addictive when you cook them this way, I still like boiled brussels but roasted are unfreakingbelievably good.

i've never been able to get on the brussel sprout train. i think they are adorable but they never seem appetizing. I'm sure there are some great recipes out there but i don't try them because i fear it will be a waste of money.
