Help me decide! I am armed with VCIYCJ and the ingredients for all of the above options. I have empowered you to vote twice as I may be making one batch for my Quaker meeting and one batch for my hungry choir. Vote early and often!
Note: I don't actually have whole wheat flour, so for the small handful of above listed options which call for it, I would be substituting all-purpose flour or bread flour, if that makes a difference in your consideration. Also, the Mexican snickerdoodles would be a risky move, since I have chipotle powder but not cayenne, which would taste great to me, but I don't know if I should try to feed that to singers or Quakers.

If you only have time for one, make the snickerdoodles! I have fed them to people who don't really like spice and they're pretty well received anyhow. Also, peppers are good for your throat!
I also voted for those pumpkin cookies because, well, time of year and also I really want other people to make them and talk me into it.
The citrus glitters are great too!
Ugh, all these cookies are delicious. I see your problem.

Citrus glitters and orange agave choco chips, that's what I'm feeling right now! Both are delicious.

The only ones I have made on the list are the Mexican Hot Chocolate Snikerdoodles (which I love). I am intrigued by the tahini lime cookies, but I have decided that I am making the cowgirl cookies today (just need to finish reading three more essays...)

Citrus glitters are full of sunshine (and my really picky bff loves even my gluten free version). And the Mexican chocolate snickers simply because they are chocolate.

The citrus glitters were a HUGE hit at Quaker meeting!!
I made chocolate snickerdoodles this afternoon to bring to choir practice. I had to sub ginger for the cayenne because I couldn't feed cayenne to singers in the middle of rehearsal. They came out awesome though!
