Our team won the campus environmentally friendly dessert chef competition! The vegan truffles were a huge hit with everyone. We had three varieties, sea salt, pumpkin pie, and rich dark chocolate. The sea salt and pumpkin were devoured in mere minutes. I am so floored and excited because I didn't really expect us to win, but woohoo, we did it! Thanks everyone who gave advice and suggestions! I'll post pictures soon if I can get 'em, and I think there's a newspaper article coming out too.
