This week's CSA box will include redbor kale. Is it powerful or is it mild? Is it eaten raw or better when cooked? Can it be used for making kale chips? I'd appreciate any suggestions for how to use it.

It's basically winterbor kale (curly) but with red in it. You can use it anyway you would the other - yes to cooked, raw, and chips.
