Is there an error in the recipe for VCTOTW's Carrot Cake Cupcakes? It seems like there might be too little flour. If so, what is the correct amount/recipe? Thanks!

There is an error, but I don't remember the fix....

I have made them as written and they turned out great for me (with the 2/3 cup flour).
