Anybody ever made them? I'm going to a vegetable-themed dinner party tomorrow and thought these would be fun to bring for a dessert. Thoughts? Good recipes?

i made the beet cake on kittee's website! they were really good! i dyed the frosting with some beet juice!

Oh wow, that sounds SO GOOD! I have recently come to LOVE beets. I think you should totally make them--they'll be unique and memorable and tasty!
I am gonna try kittee's recipe ASAP. Yay!
