What is this yum sauce you speak of?

This is the specific recipe I want to try. My friend always talks about this place called CafeYumm, and their yum sauce. Theirs is naturally vegan, but I'd rather make a recipe than hunt down a bottle of theirs.

I want to make my own chipotle peppers. I've never smoked anything before so this should be fun. Also, whoopie pies. There's a gazillion recipes in Sticky Fingers and Betty Goes Vegan. They all look soooo tasty but i haven't gotten around to it yet.

For this year:
seitan
pizza
cheese.
cupcakes with the icing done like the should be done and not a big gloopy mess.

-Make some stuff out of the Artisan Cheese cookbook
-Maybe get an Æbleskiver pan and see what those are like
