Tonight was roasted potato and fennel soup from IDI
The rest of the week will include:

-freezer lasagna and salad
-chickpea sweet potato curry from Osg2
-thanksgiving leftovers, maybe made into a sammich.
-all the veg left in the fridge, roasted, maybe on rice or something, or maybe with mashed potatoes and gravy. Will probably include broccoli, cauliflower and sprouts.

I am looking into find a way to scrape some info from this thread and Brian is going to set up a weekly reddit for the sunday thread.

For me this week is nearly over ... we were away until yesterday ... had dinner at his brother's last evening, will be cooking a lasagna from the freezer this evening with some fresh greenery, then out for the rest of the week ... meeting friends for pub grub on Friday, going to a party with a buffet on Saturday but will be making Sunday lunch ... thinking of India spiced eggplant/aubergine with rice and a tomato, cuke salad ... apple & blackberry (picked by us last year now in the freezer) crumble with cream ...
