I tried the vanilla So Delicious Coconut Milk Kefir for the first time today and I really don't care for it. It is super sweet, like melted ice cream. Any suggestions for recipes I can use it in? I hate to be wasteful, but I know I won't drink it as is.

It is really good drizzled/poured over grilled fruits like peaches or bananas. Also, if you are making any cobblers or fruit pies, it's good with that as a sub for ice cream/whip cream.
