I've never eaten or made gumbo, but reading Vegan Soul Power's blog today made me really interested in doing it, but the recipe came from a cookbook I don't have. So, please share your favourite recipes with me! I don't have any cookbooks available right now, so if it was to be found on the internet it would be awesome. I also can't get tofu, but seitan!

Oh how I MISS gumbo! My NEED for this delectable goodness has been revived. I am now on a personal mission to recreate a vegan version of the gumbo I grew up on.
