Hi there, I use AFR all the time, great book. One query I have if anyone knows is the energy value given for a meal that includes a serving of another recipe, eg mac and trees refers to ezy breezy sauce also, does the nutritional data include the referenced dish, or should I add the 2 values together. Reason I ask is I am a 5:2 vegan.
Hope all that made sense, especially using my phone to post.
Cheers

Yupp the nutritional data includes all the recipes that are in the main recipe - i.e., mac and trees includes the eazy breezy cheezy sauce, the salads include the dressings, etc.
What do you mean you are a 5:2 vegan?

Just went to google 5:2 vegan and the first few words on a 5:2 included fasting so I quickly backed away.

I'm a vegan but I following the 5:2 fasting regime also. Significant health benefits supposedly. Worth some research I reckon if you've not looked into it. Also called intermittent fasting.

Hi, just want to mention that we have rules about discussing fasting/cleanses on the board, so try to keep this thread about AFR. Thanks!
